Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

HOSTING - Default SERVICE LEVEL
We set up and deliver our hosting in a professional way, where we go the extra mile to provide the latest in security and reliability. All our servers run on European EU territory, and are distributed for maximum reliability. Every hosting contract signed with us implies the following :
Your server is run as part of a high-availability setup.
There is a data backup provided to a different server in the same data center every day.
There is a weekly backup to an offsite datacenter.
Mutual agreements on SLA / conditions can overrule this default service level.
Services - consulting
We deliver consulting services to help you get started with your Odoo Community / Enterprise edition. When you sign a quotation with DiVeCon, we enter into a long-term relationship. The hours indicated on the quotation are a best-effort estimate of the implementation trajectory. The actual hours delivered may vary as the project advances. All consulting services delivered will be invoiced on the basis of time spent and expenses made, details of which can be provided with each invoice upon request.
